Student data is only shared under the following circumstances:
- With Authorized Recruiting Institutions: Student profiles — including academic information, media content (photographs, video/audio recordings), and supporting materials — are shared solely with subscribing colleges, universities, and conservatories for recruitment and scholarship purposes.
- With Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, cloud storage, security monitoring) under binding contractual agreements requiring compliance with FERPA, PPRA, and state student privacy laws.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or valid court order.
Restrictions:
- Students cannot access other students' profiles.
- Teachers and school personnel can only view their own student's profile with explicit student consent.
- No teacher, administrator, district personnel, or employee of ScholarshipAuditions.com may alter or modify any student profile information.

We implement strict technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect student data:

- Acting as a third-party educational service provider supporting students, families, and school districts that have opted into our services.
- Collecting, processing, and sharing student information — including photographs, images, and video/audio recordings — only with the student's consent and solely for the purpose of facilitating recruitment and scholarship opportunities.
- Ensuring full compliance with FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, and all applicable state student data privacy laws.
- Prohibiting employees, contractors, or affiliates from using student data for any purpose other than what is explicitly stated in this policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
